Payment

Cancellations, and Refunds

At Sugarframe, we understand that schedules can change, and therefore offer our valued customers the option to reschedule their photography session. We kindly request that any rescheduling requests be made no later than 48 hours in advance, by email at info@sugarframe.ca or by phone at (604) 704-6874. It is important to note that cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to capturing your cherished moments.
